Who do you work with?

I coach women that are ready and willing and dedicated to making positive life changes. Although I do not offer 1:1 coaching for men at this time, I would be more than happy to refer you to one of my ministry partners for coaching.

How much do you charge for coaching?

During our free coaching call, we'll be able to determine how I may be of best service to you. You'll then receieve an email with my Client Welcome Pack which outlines my different coaching programs, terms and conditions, agreements and next steps.

How many sessions will I need?

While each client has different needs and goals, together we will develop a customized program that fits your needs. Most clients starting out commit to one session per week for the first month. After 30 days, you will get to complete an assessment to check into your progress. At that time we will discuss plans. After experiencing such great results after 30 days, many of my clients then go on a maintenance program with 1-2 sessions per month. The goal is to help you clear the clutter, get focused, develop strategies and live with a dependence on no one and nothing but God!

What are your religious views?

I operate my coaching practice with a Christian/Biblical worldview. I believe I can do no good thing on my own without love, guidance and divine direction. I believe the Holy Spirit is our Ultimate Guide, Counselor and Advocate. I respect your right to not choose me as your coach if you feel my faith and coaching method would conflict with your beliefs.

What is the difference between counseling & coaching?

Counseling often looks back at the past to analyze and revise behavioral and psychological processes. Coaching, however, is a forward-focused approach of identifying where you are TODAY and developing a plan of action to elevate you to the place you’d like to be with the guidance of the Holy Spirit and biblical principles.

Misconception: Coaches "Tell you what you need to do."

Nothing can be farther from the truth. I believe the Holy Spirit is the ultimate Guide and Counselor. (John 14:26 AMP) It would be my honor to assist you in getting to know Him. It is not my place to tell you what to do. It’s your experience, it's your life!

I don't have all the answers! But I am supplied with some powerful questions, the Holy Spirit and the Word of God and can assist you in finding your own conclusions.

How/Where will we meet for our sessions?

One of the benefits of working with me is that we can meet virtually from anywhere in the world! We will meet using the free Zoom platform. This will be recorded and the audio will be emailed to you so that you can refer back to it any time you wish!

Why don't you list your service prices online?

Because each person has different needs, I offer a free consultation call for any services. In this discussion I will get to know your specific needs and objectives and determine if and how I may be able to best assist you. After our free call, we will develop a personalized plan of action with options for you to choose from.
